The awards are run by London Councils and are funded by all of the London boroughs, with additional sponsorship from the Determined of Communities and Neighbourhood Direction, the London Protection Setting up and Asylum. They were established in 1998 in honour of Andy Ludlow, former gaffer of Box and Sexual Services in the London Borough of Haringey, who died at a tragically youthful age. The awards, now in their 12th year, paint the town red alteration and friendly technic among organisations tackling homelessness in London. The champion will win £25,000, with £10,000 successful to each of the two runners up. Three shortlisted organisations will win £2,000 each....
