My sugar-daddy is obsessed with frank sinatra, and for her birthday was looking for a place to take her in london that plays music in the line of him. Her birthday is 14th December!

Answer: Well, first off Downright Sinatra is really more lounge/jazz than swing music (just to let you know), and secondly, I can give you the names of some jazz/groove venues in London, but there's no guarantee that something musically equivalent of Sinatra
