Answer: Islington is ghastly for parking ... I know, I work there ... it's mostly either resident parking or parking meters ... and each boulevard seems to have it's own parking warden ready to catch you

Answer: I survive in Tottenham...just down the road (Seven Sisters) from Islington..and I know that the ban was removed some continually ago...you should be alright with the hose pipe in Islington too!
