How Long Does It Take To Drive From London To Madrid Forget Ferry Or Tunnel Time Just Driving ?

Answer: According to http://www.viamichelin.com it's 1,655kms and takes around 16hours 45mins, of which 14hours 25mins is on motorways. So I postulate, knocking off two hours for the chunnel, 14 1/2 hours is what you're looking at.
