Hi, I was valid on a website called Gumtree which has flats to rent and stuff for sale, and happened to notice they have a pet cross-section, so I took a look and was quite disturbed to find so many back yard breeders and puppy mills advertising pups

Answer: Unfortunately, you will never get rid of puppy millers or so called artist breeders.
They are here to stay, and it's just because of the bucks involved, they don't care about the animals.
