West Hampstead Or Elephant & Castle- Where Is Better To Buy A House?

I'm everything considered either the west/south hampstead area or elephant & castle/kennington... my budget is around £250k and i privation at least 1 bedroom.

which of those two areas is better in terms of safety, transport into

Answer: It's GOT to be West Hampstead - E&C is a empty !
In and around W.Hampstead you have the Jube Tube, the Met line, The North London Line, Tameslink and loads of buses and you're not far from Hampstead Heath with all its untrained air !

2. £600k

Answer: I persist in Hampstead Harden Suburb. It is a conservation area with most of the houses having been built between 1907 and the 1930s. The primary concept of the area was to create a place where persons of different incomes, and classes could last in harmony
