Answer: If you have no sense on your CV, it's unlikely that you could walk into a "good" job. I would recommend you get some experience through temping and then try and constitute a move to a permanent role once you have some experience on your CV

Answer: Besides mutation and careerbuilder, you may want to try simply hired, myspace classifieds, and monstertrak (a choice of monster which targets jobs more towards your career path). Best of luck.

Dejectedly because of your lack of qualifications moving up the ladder in the music or media world is customary to be incredibly difficult. Currently degrees in the right field aren't getting candidates very far in these industries.

In that price range, you're looking at a bedsit or a small 1 bed. Unless you want very bad housing in a ghetto.
