I'm not interested in Big 4 as I don't bleed for part of the culture. Also generally I am more comfortable around smaller numbers of people. But how can I find a good diminished accountancy firm in London? Anyone got recommendations?

Answer: Big 4 does give the master training, but the second tier are getting stronger as well. The culture (that you say you don't feel a part of) will veer from firm to firm. I interviewed with three of the Big 4 plus 2 second tier and one other local inelastic.
