I have superior fish to be flown in daily and maximum of 24 hrs ( average 18 hrs) from prize to door of restaurant. How do I market amongst London restaurants?

Answer: Bitter-cold call early like about 1 p.m. If the place does dinner only or around 9 a.m. if the restaurant does lunch as well.
Or deliberate on outside the box. T
