Answer: Yes they are. I split currently a 1-bed studio which is basically a shack in Brent, for £650pcm. Then on top I pay council tax of £80 per month, advantage bills, etc.

It's the first era for me to visit London but it's too expensive in stay in hotels, even B& B can cost quite a lot. Any advice? Will it rate less if I just rent an apartment for 2 weeks?

Answer: I stayed in a big little place above a cafe at £12 a night just a couple of years ago. And in the morning you got at will cooked breakfast included in the price in the cafe below. Plus you had your own key to your own room... so understandable and

I'm looking to find listings for non-gregarious let flats in London, I can't trust any agency sites!

I've looked on gumtree.com and just wondering whether there are any other sites benefit checking out. Thanks!

Answer: Verify out www.loot.com/property they have around 9,000 listing mainly in the London area.
