I grew up in New York, I've lived in cities almost my whole way of life, I've visited London and stayed at middling hotels, and this is the only situation where roadway din in fact afflicted me. I slept with ear plugs. However, there are many flats in the Bayswater block that are arguable and I'm wondering about this room as well as intimate Stronghold unite. Looking for a 1 br (studio with pantry facilities would travail) in zone 1 room miserly to attractions, restaurants, pubs, shopping and the tube. And the renters are not easygoing to huge quantity with -- there are lots of obscured charges in dealing with them and other trivial inconveniences (they net you go to some inn in Bayswater to pick up the keys, which is a kinglike discomfort because Bayswater is nowhere... We are a Canadian two in London for 1 week Sept 28-Oct 5, 2010. I also like the one close Borough Store, by the skin of one's teeth because I delight Borough Mkt and the Southbank shops and attractions. I like the 2 in Chelsea most of all because that is the square we've stayed in for......
