Is it safe for a family?
Are there nice shops and attractions around there?

Answer: The surrebutter is yes, it's a quiet place but has good transport links to other parts of Lonson and access to the sticks by train. It's close to Crystal Palace park which is a major sports (athletics and swimming all in all) site and the park itself
