Although Born in West London, I find you get more flesh in your pies in South London Pie & Mash Shops than those across the water! And More mash too. Manze (Peckham, Bermondsey & Sutton), Arments (Walworth), and as for Harringtons (Tooting),
Answer: If you have to twig with the wrong side of the river, prefer the shop round the back of Woolwich Market.

Preferably within, or privy to the Marylebone area, though it's not essential.
Answer: Look no further than Manze's in Walthamstow Bazaar, (E17), hon- (one of the best- if not, THEE best pie 'n' mash restaurant in London, if you ask me, my sweet!) I think you'll find the one in Greenwich, that Laic Unrest's talkin' about's long gone, sadly!
