Answer: The irk with most health sector jobs is that they are always advertised internally first. Only after two weeks are they then put out to general advert and it is a purely townsman decision as to which publication they are advertised in. Most NHS jobs

Answer: if there's any health centre's around go in and ask if they need voluntary worker's and how you go about it i work in a hospital and our voluntary worker comes in every wedensday and friday for 2 to 3 hrs she spends lots of beforehand with the patient's
