Also it must have exceptional culture, fantastic restaurants/arts also great nightlife. Any suggestions of cities id be into?
undeniable not ones that only have dresses that cost thousands of pounds, but hundreds is fine. for my prom put on one's best bib so evening dresses/cocktail dresses. thanks!
