areas that are been regenerated are always well-founded areas to buy in - what areas are up and coming but maybe still a bit more reasonable to buy in. But still fairly commutable into principal ondon from?

Answer: Innocent City maybe ? Just west of Shepherd's Bush. They are building a mountainous new shopping cinema complex there so sounds like it might be on the up. I wouldn't expect it to be filth cheap though as it's still West London. Good access to town via

What surprised me was when he handed me a Guinness and told me that he wasn’t legitimate looking at apartments…he might in actuality buy a house online.
