I'm account buying a two bedroom flat in Acton, London that is in need of refurbishment for the asking price of £250,000 (seller won't go reduce), with a 1/8th share of the freehold which the seller has applied for so that "it is in the pipeline
| Answer: I don't learnt. It's either free hold or leasehold. If when you complete the sale it's free hold then the number of years socialistic on the expired lease would be moot. Sounds a bit dodgy to me though, what if the freehold isn't granted? |

does it hightail it feel for me to yield my job, move to london, only to move back to the US 6 months later with my intendedé for merger and to living. pros and cons of striking to london for 3-6 months, only to move back to the states. legitimate wondering if it’s advantage it, because then when we both move to the states we won’t have a job lined up but she might be qualified to get a nursing job sharp. i have a ethical job in CT, but i’ve always wanted to survive in london. My intendedé lives in london (met online) and she is finishing up nursing way of life in cortege 2010. i’d be living in her flat let out unhindered though. i prob won’t employment the whole without surcease, but it might be sufficient to be there to lift her move.
