I think you mean www. ticketmaster.co.uk?
(www.ticketmaster.com is for the US)

I've used them to group tickets for a music event and am still waiting for tickets that I ordered a few weeks

Answer: No, the Peerage Mail does not currently have a service like this.
The only thing that you can view online is the signature provided for "Recorded Utterance" letters and parcels.

We are sorry, but we can't do the viewing of studio, as we have people staing with us at the moment.

Answer: its a B & B mate, how would you like it if you was in a hotel room & the manager was showing people around while you was having a sprinkle ?
