Answer: Don't about you'll get anything reasonable for 2 grand old son. However, as I understand it, only lorries and buses come under the Emission controls at the hour. Or do you mean the Congestion Zone charge?

I street a one litre nissan micra and was wondering if the Low Emission Zone applies to me, because i dont live in london. And if it does commit to me what do i have to do.

I have simply driven London bound on the A3 and just before the M25 interchange, a new sign has appeared that says "London Low Emission Zone at Malden Meeting, commencing on the 4TH Feb. 2008". Can anyone explain?
Answer: vans and lorries have to accord with the new emissions regulations starting from febuary 08 and certain other commertial vechicles from 2010
