Looking at the london map, thamesmead/abbey wood is around SE london and not too far from the fiscal hub. Still i could not figure out why the house prices are lower than the other places in SE or East london.

Hi, I am looking to go London for New Years Eve and want to travel into London via car & tube. I believe the Tubes are running until 4:30am so I am looking for a car put (24hr) near a tube station outside of London (outside of congestion care zone).
