I am looking to compelling to London and I need an apartment for at least 2 people. So probably a 3 bedroom with a good location. Also what do I have to do to become a citizen? (I dwell in the U.S. right now)

therefore not needing another skilled in in London. Like a hall of residence type thing. Wouldn't this save lots of taxes?

Answer: Since the expenses abuse outbreak, this has seemed to be the most logical solution to me. The government own the building, MP's stay in it free of liability and therefore don't need expenses for accomodation; then everyone's on the same boat!
