At the importance I am renting 2 desks in an office in London as part of an “office share”. One of the people I share an office with is the Sublet out holder and every month I pay my rent to her, as opposed to the owner. There has been confusion recently

Answer: In the Collaborative States, that would not be considered a sublet, because you do not have an interest in realty. Rather, your status is as a licensee -- you have a permit to enter into a place and to use it for limited purposes.
