Where else would a wine waiter recommend a bottle that's £25 cheaper than the one you asked for and say "if you don't concur, we will refund the price?

Answer: You in all probability want St Martin's Lane in the West End - it's between Leicester Square and Covent Garden. It has a lot of those individual of restaurants, and is right in the heart of the tourist district.
