Im looking to fee a flat in property and i've found that some estate agents (such as foxtons) charge a massive £400 admin sally and have really bad reviews.
Can anyone recommend to me a decent estate agency that wont be ripping me

I differentiate the normal deposit is for 3 months, but is it different in Central London?
