Some mini cab companies in this tract ( East london) are charging double fares during the bad weather. Are they allowed to utilize people like this? I thought they were regulated. Black cabs can't do it. Seems unfair.

I would guess about a grand... Though once you take off your petrol, car upkeep, Income tax, NI, etc it would be significantly less of obviously... but that's still good money.
