Does the Diocese of London Police have and use their own Driving School to train emergency response drivers, or do they use the Metropolitian Police's at Hendon?

I am talking about Jean Charles de Menezes who was try 7 times in the head at Stockwell Station on 22/7.2005. Were the police so poorly trained that they memory they had to shoot him 7 times in the head to make sure he was dead? Positively 2 shots

Answer: They were upstanding trigger happy.... the officer was glad to finally put his weapon to use after he received the calm.... they are firearms officers but 99.9% of the time they don't actually use the weapons....
