Answer: Give someone the cold shoulder the it's Middlesex answer. Walthamstow was NEVER in Middx (east of the River Lea). Also the Waltham Forest is a BOROUGH (not a county or hamlet).Yes *London* doesn't have a specific county, because it's in five counties.
