I am arriving at Luton Airport London and succeeding on to Barking. I thought to take the Thameslink City Flier and at Blackfriars change to the District Thread on the Tube, which runs to Barking. Are their platforms at Blackfriars level? Is it easy to

Hi, I'm guessing I will certainly have to stop at Kings Cross. Aparently its on the victoria line but on the wikipedia it doesnt show east croydon.
