im successful abroad for at least a year so need to have my letting managed while im away but obviously doing it as chintzy and professional as i can.with mortgage rates not going down i need to find cheap rental and managing rates so if anyone has any
Answer: Moderately obvious answer but ... ask a friend or family member to manage it. If the effects is in decent condition then there would be minimal for them to do anyway, and the upside is that if they live in the area then they can keep their eye on it
