New Houses Or Old Houses ?

Hi, I'm planning to buy a property in west London. I,m not positive I can afford a brand new house. Any way currently I'm in a dilemma of choosing the house for living and selling after 5 or 6 yrs rhythm. I was adviced by few people to buy brick houses

Answer: A difficult decision....older houses are generally better built, although watch out as there were no building regulations for early properties, so you may find that the foundations are not as deep as they should be, or roof supports and chimney supports

Hiya all. I am looking to buy a property for the 1st in the good old days b simultaneously. I currently live in hertfordshire and work in West London. I was wondering if anyone knew of the best ground as near to work as possible without moving into london.
