Answer: Around Seven Dials and Covent Garden, not stationary ( no where is in London) but the most interesting and romantic area. Lots of theatre in walking distance - I would recommend the flemings B & B in Mayfair - mins from park and a walk to Buckingham

For me and my preserve. I don't mind where but we live near London so wouldn't really want more than 3-4 hour require.
