I did a search through internet and everything is so expensive (1.200£ for 2 bedrooms in whitechapel) and I was wondering if Yahoo answers cooperate

2 monstrous UK agencies are offering to find a tenant for my house in N. London for 11% (letting only) to 17% (letting + board of directors of property) of the year's rent. This sounds extortionate to me! Has anyone heard of lower fees being negotiated?
