I already have a new 12-way split shipment MK sentry consumer unit and all of the other electrical circuits are fine. I just necessary to replace the ring main

Answer: to be equitable u need 3 ring mains 1up stairs 1 down and 1 in the kitchen then it will all have to be tested so u are part p compliant i would say about £2000

Answer: House prices will always extend to rise for 2 Economic reasons
1) There is a shortage of houses
2) Everyone wants to get on the housing ladder because the profits are steep - creating the necessary demand to fuel the shortage
