I have witnessed beggers from Eastern Blank out countries holding very small children in freezing temperatures in London streets. Where are the collective services to stop this. Ps. I have seen the same beggers spending their money in nearby boutiques,
Answer: I too can't m out why nothing is being done. Mind you, I was once on the tube when one of those beggars came on, looked closely and discovered that she was truly carrying a doll and not a child at all. I think that Social Services should have a crackdown.
