Answer: I imagine they will be Class 159 DMU's.

Mind you, First Great Western operate a faster and more numerous service from Plymouth to London Paddington using HST's. Unless there is some massive price scrimping to be had by using the South West

Yes Warrior, I am on the mature side, I would just point out that 6 shillings is the equivalent to 72d in 'old' dough. That's 72 journeys to the loo!

Answer: An anytime interest is going to be far more expensive than if you buy two single fares knowing when you are going to travel.

Trains don't split from waterloo, they go from Kings Cross. If you have to start at Waterloo, get the tube Northbound
