Get onto the state borough council for details of pre-schools in the areas you are moving to. From there go onto the OFSTED website and look up their inspection reports to see how they objective.

Also, can you acceptable two or three of those schools? I am moving to London soon and need to find one such a school for my 3-year old son. Also, do I need to pay any fees of any rank or are there any public schools? Thanks
