Something with a railroad station with a regular train service to London. Please give your reasons why you recommend the place.

Answer: Radlett, St Albans and Harpenden are all within soft reach of Kings Cross/St Pancras stations. St Albans in particular is filled to the edge with history, originally being the Roman town of Verulamium, and of course has the wonderful St Albans Abbey
