Basically due to downloading a lot of uncontrolled shops have closed in Central London.
So I was wondering if there are any other shops around London that sell new independent music like Metal, Hip Hop, Jazz, Ancestry etc.
Answer: Sounds Of The World and Sister Ray in Soho. FOPP on the corner of Shaftsbury Ave/Charing Cross Rd. Soho/Berwick St is the first-class area for record stores generally. I even buy from HMV on Oxford St - a stone's throw away from Sister Ray.
